Oh, boy. This week, the big Sim Day update at Maxis was a skin. With jeans and a t-shirt! How utterly unheard of! I can hardly contain my excitement. Or my sarcasm ;)

Goth Week at WDS continues, and there's a brand new bedroom set (one of my favorite things to download) up today. It looks really good, especially the bed.

There's a new TV for the Tiki set at 7DS now, and it's pretty cute--looks like something they may have made on Gilligan's Island. There's also a link to the TSR forum thread about 8DS, where some issues are cleared up.

Check out the amazing new skins at Sultry Earth--I love the jeans and the striped sweater. This site is very quickly becoming a favorite of mine. Make sure to check it out if you haven't been.

While LATS is on hiatus, Denise has put up some of her work at a temporary site. Check out her new heads--my favorites are the last ones. I love that mesh :)

Americus Jay has updated with some new women's outfits.

All About Skins has updated as well, with some new Lady Marmalade skins by their new skin artist, Amy. They look really good.

I love the new Orient set at Hidden Treasures. Very dark and classy.

WDS is back with Goth Week, and the clothing is up today. I love the black suit for skinny goth boys.

Bit update at Sim Goddesses today. There's lots of skins, and a new kitchen.

The heads that we've been slobbering over at Sultry Earth are finally available for download! There's a preview of a new skin too, and that looks really nice.

There's some new skins with an international flavour at Simfreaks today. Check out the Japanese and Egyptian offerings. Also, the new regular skins for women are nice too, with an end-of-summer feel to them. Pink Denim is my favorite of the lot.

If you're like me, sometimes you run out of ideas for new home layouts. If that's the case, check out this site--it's got a ton of blueprints that can be adapted towards making Sims homes, and you can specify the type of house you're looking for. It's a great resource.

All The Sims Resource's sites are still down. Bah.

Wow. Lots to tell you about today.

Busy times at 7DS again. There's 6 (!)new tables added to the Tiki set, for starters. They're all from House Party (the one tile by three tile dining table), and there's a bunch of different colours/patterns avaiable. Secondly, the 8DS FAQ has been updated--there's news of a way that those under 18 may be able to view some of the site, and alternatives to credit card payment, which might make some people happy. Also, there should be forums, and the deathmatches will be at 8DS now. Also, by the looks of things, it should be open really soon--September 1st! Finally, in more 8DS-related news, there's another preview up to view. If you like to download cars for your game, you should like this teaser ;)

There's some oldy skins at Simfreaks ;) Seriously, if you're looking for more elderly people to put into your game--a kindly grandpa, perhaps, or a dirty old man who likes to hit on the young co-eds--Simfreaks has several new options that look great.

More great heads at SimSisters today. They're for little girls, from a new mesh, and they're really cute.

Pastababe's has reopened, and relocated, so when you click on the link update your bookmarks. There's a new design, with a great splashpage, and what looks to be new skins (it doesn't say on the news page, but they look new to me!). I found a dress that looks a lot like one I own, which makes me very happy.

I found another site with some great heads--Ms. Universe. Due to the nature of the site, and the theme, there's quite the international variety of women's heads, which is always nice to see. Miss Romania is my favorite so far--I'm still making my way through.

For those of you who are always looking for new names for your Sims, this is a great site. It's got first and last names from around the world, so it's a great way to name families accurately if you want them to be a specific nationality.

Hey to everyone who's new--I've noticed my hit counter increasing quite a bit lately--and be sure to check out the message board (link on the right). I'd love to find out who you all are!
